Seems to be closed inexplicably for the past two days, no explanation as to why and was simply informed over the phone that my parcel will be returned if I don't collect it today (how exactly they expect me to do so without a set of lock picks I don't know?)

The parcel provider gives you only 72 hours to collect your item, yet the shop has been shut throughout the day. I turned up on 19/03 at 12:00 and again at 13:00 both times the shutters were down with no information, no note, nothing to indicate when (or if) they’d be open.
